Especially designed for Expat Women, the Reconnect with Yourself Immersion Day is a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and connection. As women living abroad, we can often find ourselves disconnected from our purpose, from our inherent wisdom and lacking self-trust, confidence in what lies ahead.

The Reconnect with Yourself Immersion Day is about you coming back to yourself, reclaiming your power and finding your way forward in a community of other expat women, supporting each other.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

CAROLINA CUSTOIAS

Originally from Brazil and lived for over 6 years in Ireland. I am an Intercultural Psychologist, Life and Career Coach, DanceTherapy Facilitator, and Retreat Organizer. I am also currently specialising in self-focalization (a way to listen to our body) method by Eugene T Gendlin.
During my time living abroad I could experience different emotions and I created different strategies to cope with the fear of the unknown and culture adaptation.
By living abroad I realised big dreams: international career, career transition and being part of a great community and I am ready to share with you all different ways to conquer what your heart desires and what your body needs while living abroad with a lot of compassion, care and tools to empower you to be who you truly are.

Me and Anna are happy to have you with us, where we will assure that you are not alone in this journey of living abroad.

Our invitation here is for you to reconnect with yourself, nourishing your soul, mind and spirit. Let's do this together?

ANNA PRZYBYLO

Originally from Poland and living in Ireland since 2005. I am a Yoga Teacher, Women’s Circle Holder, Body Alchemy Coach, Menstrual Cycle Educator and Facilitator. I am also currently undertaking Compassionate Inquiry Professional Training based on teachings of Dr. Gabor Mate (focused on trauma healing through a mind-body based approach).
My own personal journey has brought me to explore the realms of body, mind and spirit in order to get to know myself better, develop more self-compassion and self-love so that I can live a life that is authentic and aligned with my true essence.
My work is a blend of traditional yogic and Buddhist teachings with science and mindfulness.
Through my work, I help you cultivate presence, connect with your body and inner experiences so that you can understand yourself better, develop more self-trust, more resilience and recognise the power that lies within you.
I have a mindful, supportive and trauma-informed approach. I love to nurture the spirit of community and create spaces where everyone can show up as they are.

Through this immersion day, myself and Carolina want to invite you to reconnect with yourself, your wisdom in order to create a life that you desire with trust, love and confidence.
