I feel unsure on what the day entails?

During the day, we will drink cacao, connect with our own bodies and have some fun with other women connecting with our feminine energy!

Will there be nudity?

No, this is a fully clothed event. I do ask that you wear something that will give you access to skin e.g. flow skirt, trousers or short sleeve t-shirt

Why would I need to access my skin?

Part of the body connection will be massaging our own skin (if you choose to do so) I want you to know that your own consent, boundaries & limitations are honoured. If you don't want to engage with a part of it, you don't have too!
