Note: This sourdough masterclass is intended for food professionals only.

We are delighted to welcome Clover Hill Food Ingredients and Foricher-Les Moulin to our Ballymun Food Theatre for a comprehensive 2-hour workshop on sourdough breadmaking.

Learn all you need to know about artisan bread making including:

  • Mixing
  • Dough characteristics
  • Fermentation
  • Scaling
  • Equipment to be used

Foricher-Les Moulin is a French family-owned miller producing superior quality flour for 7 generations. Following stringent quality controls, they take great pride in producing “the flour of choice” used by the best Artisan bakers all over France.

Each workshop will run from 12 pm - 2.00pm.
