Thank you for registering for this exercise programme. Details: Start date: Tuesday 3rd August @ 7pm Location: NUIG Sports Pavillion, Dangan Duration: 1hr+ (including technique briefing, talk around health benefits, warm-up & mobilisations and cool-down & stretch) Level: Beginners, some base fitness required, but will comprise of gentle jogging, mixed up with periods of walking. Progression is built in on a weekly basis. Terrain: gravel river-side path, off road on soft trails. What to bring: Light clothing and water! Water can be left in the car as we loop around. What to expect: A fun friendly atmosphere with plenty of education and encouragement. Class design is to gently ease those who think they cant run, or hate running, into a gradual program to improve their cardiovascular fitness and mental wellbeing. A FREE 4-wk women-only program offering off-road beginner-friendly trail running.

About this event

This free 4-week programme includes beginner-friendly trail running sessions for those of a basic fitness level. The programme is led by the fantastic Mark from Wilder Wellbeing! Exercise at your own pace in a relaxed environment!
