February Walk and Talk

Our first Walk and Talk of 2023 will be held in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin on the 5th of February from 12pm where we will walk for Approx. 2½ hours

The Walk will start at at the entrance to Seapoint Dart Station, Dublin

Getting there from the Dublin city centre using public transport: Buy a return

DART ticket to Dun Laoghaire. Catch the DART from a Dublin city centre station

and hop off at the Seapoint stop. We’ll walk to Dun Laoghaire and catch the return

train from there.

What is the Walk and Talk? This will be a social gathering and will provide an

opportunity for those who stammer, their family and friends, or those with an

interest in stammering to Walk and Talk as they make their way along the south

Dublin coastline, from Seapoint beach to the West Pier and on into Dun Laoghaire.

As the group will walk for over 2 hours, it is not suitable for children under the age

of 10. Children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.

How do I take part? Please express your interest in this event before February 3rd by 5pm

What should I bring? Please ensure to bring: Walking boots, raingear, snack and

fluids.
