Yoga for Chernobyl

Meditation, gentle flow yoga followed by relaxing restorative poses and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). This 2 hr session is calming, healing and nurturing for the body. Restorative yoga is an excellent antidote to stress and helps you acheive physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props.
